At Ackerman Air, we take pride in providing accurate and detailed estimates based on a thorough inspection of your property. To cover the time and expertise involved, we charge a non-refundable $200 fee for each inspection and estimate creation.

  • Site Visit: Our expert technician will travel to your location to assess your HVAC needs.
  • Comprehensive Inspection: A detailed evaluation of your system and property to ensure an accurate estimate.
  • Custom Estimate: Development of a personalized estimate based on your specific requirements.
  • Digital Report: You'll receive a full digital report that includes:
    • The customized estimate we created for your project.
    • Onsite pictures of your HVAC unit.
    • Detailed information on the required repairs and/or installations.

Please Note: If you choose to move forward with the work outlined in the estimate, the $200 fee will be deducted from the total cost of the project.
